What's UPP?

Who we are

After a decade of rescuing over 33 million pounds of fresh produce to nourish families across Greater Kansas City, After the Harvest (ATH) announces an exciting new chapter. As ATH concludes at the end of 2024, its mission evolves through Urban Produce Push (UPP) — a transformative initiative building on ATH’s legacy.

UPP will bridge gaps in the food supply chain, partnering with local farmers and food distributors to deliver fresh, nutrient-dense produce directly to food pantries and communities in need across Missouri and Kansas. This evolution, guided by ATH’s foresight and collaborative spirit, ensures the fight against food insecurity continues stronger than ever.

We extend heartfelt gratitude to our supporters, whose unwavering dedication made this transition possible. Together, with UPP, we will create healthier, more equitable communities—one pound of produce at a time.
